RJUHSD serves more than 10,500 students across nine schools — six comprehensive high schools, plus Roseville Pathways and Roseville Adult School — spanning Roseville and neighboring communities in Placer and Sacramento counties. Here is a look at the district Pete is proud to help lead.
Rising results, and more than one path to success
RJUHSD is known for strong college preparation — and the results keep climbing. English proficiency has risen three years running to 65.8%, math has grown from 36% to 44.5% in the same span, and science stands at 48.2%. English-learner reclassification (ELPAC Level 4) has climbed from 17.5% to 20.3% over three years.
Advanced coursework is both wide and rigorous: 45% of students take at least one AP course, and even as access has expanded, 95% still earn a C or better. The district’s comprehensive high schools offer between 12 and 25 AP courses each, alongside International Baccalaureate programs at Granite Bay and Oakmont.
Just as important, RJUHSD has widened what excellence means. Through a deep partnership with Sierra College, dual enrollment has grown roughly fourfold to 5,333 students earning real, transferable college units right on their high school campus — and some students now graduate having already earned an associate degree. Career technical education has grown to match, with 9,262 students enrolled, 783 completers, and 120 paid and unpaid internships with local employers.

Every one of RJUHSD’s six comprehensive high schools graduates students above the state average, and each offers its own signature academic and career pathways — alongside Roseville Pathways and Roseville Adult School, which open even more routes to a diploma and a career.

Dual enrollment with Sierra College
Transferable, tuition-free college courses taught on the high school campus — a Cal-GETC pathway that can put students years ahead, some with an associate degree in hand at graduation.
Career technical education
Industry-aligned pathways built with Sierra College and Roseville Chamber employers — from biomedical science and mechatronics to construction, culinary, media, and public safety — with real internships.
Advanced Placement & IB
Twelve to twenty-five AP courses at every comprehensive campus, plus International Baccalaureate programs at Granite Bay and Oakmont, with a 95% C-or-better rate districtwide.
Purple Star & military families
Four RJUHSD campuses have earned California’s Purple Star designation for supporting military-connected students — among the first in the region.
Trustee Area 2
RJUHSD trustees are elected by area, so every part of the district has its own dedicated voice on the board. Pete Constant represents Trustee Area 2 — the West Roseville community where he and his family live.
Area 2 covers the neighborhoods of Fiddyment Farm, Creekview, Amoruso Ranch, WestPark, Solaire, Silver Springs, Vista Grande, Marketside, Sun City Roseville, and Placer One. The two RJUHSD high schools located in Area 2 are West Park High School and Woodcreek High School.
